Shrimp Bouillabaisse over Pasta



  1. Heat oil in braising pan on MED-HIGH. Add carrots, tomato, and zucchini; cook, stirring, 3 to 5 min. Stir in bouillabaisse sauce, parsley, and garlic. Bring liquid to simmer.
  2. Add shrimp; simmer. Cover; poach 8 min, until shrimp reaches internal temp of 130 degrees. Stir in spinach; simmer, covered, 5 min.
  3. Remove from heat; let rest 2 min. Serve bouillabaisse with cooked pasta.
