Roasted Pork Tenderloin with General Tso's Sauce

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rub tenderloin with oil and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Brush with sauce.
     
  2. Place tenderloin on roasting rack in pan; place on center rack of oven. Roast 15 min.
     
  3. Roast until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees (check internal temp by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of meat). If not up to temp at that point, reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees and continue to cook 8-10 more min.
     
  4. Remove from oven; let rest uncovered 10-15 min before carving.
