Roasted General Tso's Tofu



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss tofu and 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in mixing bowl; arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Roast 12-15 min, until tofu begins to puff. Remove; set aside.
  2. Drizzle remaining vegetable oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt wok to distribute evenly. Heat oil in stir-fry pan on MED until oil faintly smokes; add garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes. Cook, stirring frequently, 30 sec.
  3. Add General Tso's sauce and chili oil to stir-fry pan; bring to a simmer. Add tofu and green onions to sauce; toss to coat.
