Roasted Balsamic Pork Tenderloin



  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rub tenderloin with cracked pepper blend; pressing to coat evenly. Sear on center rack of oven 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
  2. Roast about 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 145 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of meat. Remove from oven; brush with basting oil while hot. 
  3. Transfer to clean platter; chill, covered, until cold, 4-6 hours. Slice and serve.
