You'll Need

12-inch cast-iron skillet


  1. Preheat 12-inch cast-iron skillet on MED 5 min. Slice joined dinner rolls in half horizontally (do not separate into individual rolls). Brown top and bottom sections in skillet 1 min each. Transfer to cutting board.
  2. Heat oil in skillet on HIGH. Add mushrooms; press down in skillet using spatula. Cook 5 min; turn over. Press down again; cook 5 min, pressing with the back of a spoon to break into smaller shreds. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Turn off heat; allow skillet to cool slightly 1-2 min. Add sauce; stir to combine.
  4. Spread mushrooms on bottom section of rolls; layer with top section. Cut into 12 sliders.
