Pork & Cauliflower "Rice" Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add oil to stir-fry pan on MED-HIGH. Add pork, lime juice, brown sugar, hot water, shallots, fish sauce, and Sriracha sauce; cook, 3-5 min, stirring to break up pieces, until browned.
     
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and carrots; cook, stirring, 2-3 min. Add cauliflower, bok choy, and green onions; cook, stirring, 6-7 min. Set aside; let cool 2-3 min.
      
  3. Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter; divide pork mixture evenly on leaves. Garnish with cashews, sesame seeds, and cilantro; drizzle with Tom Tom Sauce.
