Pesto Tofu


You'll Need

Parchment Paper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  1. Toss tofu in bowl with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place mixture in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; bake 10 min.
  3. Remove pan from oven. Add chopped garlic to tofu; toss. 
  4. Bake 7-10 min until tofu is lightly browned. Remove from oven; toss with pesto.
