Pepper & Feta Beef



  1. Season beef with salt and pepper; set aside. Heat oil in stir-fry pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add beef; sear, stirring occasionally, 2-3 min. Remove from pan; set aside.
  2. Add spinach, peppers and sauce to pan; cook, stirring, 2-3 min until spinach is wilted.
  3. Return beef to pan; add cheese. Cook, stirring, 2-3 min; transfer to serving platter.
