New England Style Scallop Bake


You'll Need

9x13-inch baking dish


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Combine scallops, lemon pepper seasoning, and parsley in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Add onions, Santa Fe blend, hash browns, basting oil, salt, and pepper to bowl. Toss to combine; add to baking dish. Top evenly with scallops and then parmesan cream sauce. Bake about 30 min until internal temp of scallops reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of scallop).
