Mussels with Clam Sauce & Linguine



  1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add mirepoix; cook, 5-7 min, until softened and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Add mussels and clam sauce; cook, covered, 3-5 min, or until mussels open (discard any that don't open).
  2. Toss cooked pasta with 1 Tbsp basting oil; season with salt and pepper. Serve mussels and sauce over cooked pasta; sprinkle with chopped parsley.
