Meatless Mushroom Loaf



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add mushroom burgers, beefless ground, and flaxseed to large bowl. Mix well to combine; shape into loaf.
  2. Coat baking sheet lightly with olive oil; center loaf on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. 
  3. Remove from oven; top loaf with BBQ sauce. Return to oven; bake about 15 min until internal temp reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of loaf).
