Ma Po Tofu



  1. Heat stir-fry pan on MED-HIGH. Add coconut oil; swirl until melted. Add beefless ground; cook, stirring, about 4 min, until browned.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and onion whites; cook, stirring, about 1 min. Add black bean sauce and Tom Tom sauce; cook, stirring, about 1 min. Reduce heat to MED. Add broth; simmer, about 4 min.
  3. Add tofu, sesame oil, and half the onion greens to stir-fry pan. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to break up tofu. Return to simmer; cook, 4-5 min, until tofu is heated through. Transfer to serving dish; garnish with chili oil and remaining onion greens.
