Lobster Salad Rolls



  1. Combine lobster, celery, mayo, lemon juice, chives, parsley, and tarragon in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Cover; chill 1 hour.
  2. Heat nonstick pan on MED. Evenly spread 1 tsp butter on outside of each roll; place in pan. Toast, 1-2 min per side, until light golden brown.
  3. Line rolls with lettuce; divide salad evenly among rolls.
