Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Bacon, & Pineapple Kabobs


You'll Need

8 steel skewers or 6-inch bamboo skewers, soaked


  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
  2. Alternate chicken, bacon, and pineapple four times on each skewer. Set aside.

  3. Reduce grill to MED-HIGH. Place kabobs on grill. Sear 2-3 min. Turn over; baste with teriyaki sauce. Sear 2-3 min. Turn over; baste. Cook 2-3 min. Turn over again; baste. Cook about 10 min until internal temp of chicken reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken).
