Grilled Shrimp in the Shell



  1. Preheat grill on MED. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. Toss shrimp with 6 Tbsp basting oil and seasoning.
  2. Sear shrimp in single layer on grill 2-3 min. Turn over; sear 4-5 min, until internal temp reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of shrimp).
  3. Transfer to bowl; let rest 2 min. Toss with remaining basting oil and olive oil.

  • Use nonstick foil if grill grates are too wide.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
