Grilled Portobella Sliders with Savory Sauce



  1. Rinse caps, gently wipe. Score caps with cross-hatch pattern. Toss with 1/2 cup vinaigrette in bowl; marinate 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
  3. Place caps on grill, gill side up. Grill 3-4 min per side; turning and basting with remaining vinaigrette.
  4. Place caps on bun; season with salt and pepper. Serve with Savory Sauce.
