Make This First


  1. Preheat grill to MED. Drizzle onions with 1 Tbsp basting oil; sprinkle with 1 tsp of BBQ seasoning. Place on grill; cook until soft, set aside.
  2. Form beef into 6 patties. Sprinkle patties with remaining seasoning and drizzle with remaining oil. Place on grill; cook until desired doneness.
  3. Spread toasted rolls with aioli. Top with cooked patties, cheese, grilled onion rings, and chile slices.

  • While grilling onions and they begin to soften and char, remove the outer rings to allow for the inner rings to cook properly.
