  1. Whisk together Tom Tom Sauce and soy sauce in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in stir-fry pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add mushrooms and red peppers; cook, stirring, 3 min. Add shrimp; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, 2 min.
  3. Add sauce mixture, green onions, and butter; toss to combine. Cook, stirring, about 1 min, until heated through. Transfer to serving dish; drizzle with lime juice.
