Make This First


  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. 
  2. Sear sausage on grill 5 min, turning to brown on all sides; close lid. Reduce heat to MED. Cook, turning occasionally, about 15 min, until sausage reaches 160 degrees internal temp (check temp by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of sausage).
  3. Transfer to clean serving platter. Place in rolls; top with peppers and onions. Serve with sauce.
