Gluten-Free Bourbon Street Chicken



  1. 2 hours-1 day before serving: Combine soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar in small bowl. Pour half  the mixture over chicken; reserve other half, refrigerated, for serving. Marinate chicken in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Day you're serving: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake chicken on baking sheet about 20 min or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken).
  3. Warm extra sauce. Slice chicken, brush with extra sauce; arrange over Vegetables with Stir-Fry Sauce (see related recipe).
