General Tso's Tofu Stir-Fry


You'll Need

Stir-fry pan


  1. Add tofu to large pot boiling water; blanch 2 min. Drain; set aside. Return water to boil; add broccoli. Blanch 2 min. Drain; set aside.
  2. Heat stir-fry pan on MED; add oil and red peppers. Cook, stirring, 2 min. Add garlic, ginger, minced green onion whites, and red pepper flakes; cook, stirring, about 1 min until soft but not browned. Add tofu; stir to combine.
  3. Add sauce; increase heat to HIGH. Cook, stirring, about 1 min until tofu is glazed. Add broccoli; cook, stirring, 30 sec. Transfer to serving platter; garnish with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
