Garlic-Parmesan Tilapia



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add melted butter and bread crumbs to small bowl; stir to combine. Add cheese; stir to combine. 
  2. Coat baking sheet with basting oil. Place tilapia on baking sheet; season with salt and pepper. Top each fillet with about 3 Tbsp of bread crumb mixture; lightly press to cover entire top of fillet.
  3. Bake 12-15 min or until internal temp reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of tilapia). Remove from oven; let rest 2 min. Serve with warmed sauce.
