Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs



  1. Season chicken with garlic parmesan seasoning. Heat oil in sauté pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes; add chicken. Cook 3-5 min until chicken changes color one-quarter of way up and seared side has browned. 
  2. Turn over; reduce heat to MED. Cook 8-10 min until internal temp reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken).
