Crab Salad



  1. Combine crab meat with 1 Tbsp basting oil, 1 Tbsp orange juice, lime juice, and Old Bay Seasoning in medium bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray 6 oz, straight-sided ramekin with nonstick cooking spray or an 8 or 9 oz disposable plastic or foam cup. Press crabmeat mixture firmly into ramekin. Top with even layer of papaya, pressing gently. Repeat with layers of avocado and mango, the key is to press each layer gently.
  3. Toss salad mix with orange sections, remaining orange juice, and remaining basting oil. Portion salad mix on serving plate; invert ramekin to center crabmeat salad on greens.
