You'll Need

Braising pan


  1. Rinse clams well in cold water; discard any that are broken or open.
  2. Bring water and half of garlic butter to boil in braising pan on HIGH.
  3. Add clams carefully to pan; reduce heat to MED-HIGH. Steam, covered, about 8 min or until all clams open. Discard any clams that don't open.
  4. Add remaining garlic butter; toss to combine.
