Classic Baked Lobster Tails



  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Remove meat allowing smaller end (fan) of tail to remain attached. Place meat on top of shell "piggy-back" style.
  2. Brush each tail with 1 Tbsp basting oil. Season with salt.
  3. Bake 14-15 min, until internal temp reaches 145 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of meat). Allow more cooking time if tails are partially frozen.
Chef Tips
Before serving, dollop meat with Wegmans Shallot Thyme Finishing Butter or drizzle with warmed Wegmans Bouillabaisse Seafood Sauce.
