Cilantro-Lime Chicken Thighs



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dust with pan-searing flour; pat off excess.  
  2. Heat oil in pan on MED-HIGH, until oil faintly smokes. Add chicken; turn over when chicken changes color one-quarter of way up and seared side has browned, 3-4 min.
  3. Transfer thighs to baking sheet seared-side up; cook 20 min, or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken).
  4. Serve chicken over warmed salsa; garnish with green onions, radishes, and cilantro.
