You'll Need



  1. Blanch broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, corn, and snow peas 1 1/2 min in large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain; set aside.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in stir-fry pan on HIGH; add half the chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3-4 min, until browned and cooked through. Transfer chicken to clean dish. Add 1 Tbsp oil to stir-fry pan on HIGH; repeat process with remaining chicken.
  3. Add veggies and sauce to stir-fry pan with chicken; heat through.
