Cedar-Plank Horseradish Salmon


You'll Need

1 cedar plank, soaked in water 1 hour


  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Combine fruit spread, cracked pepper blend, and horseradish in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Arrange salmon on plank; brush with fruit mixture. 
  3. Place plank with salmon on grill; close cover.  Reduce heat to MED-HIGH; cook salmon 12-15 min until internal temp reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of salmon).   Transfer to clean platter; let rest 2 min.
Chef Tips
  • Keep spray bottle with water handy while grilling to control flare-ups.
  • Serve with Wegmans Horseradish Sauce (Seafood Dept).
