Cauli-Pesto Pasta with Broccoli & Tomatoes



  1. Heat oil in stockpot on MED-LOW. Add tomatoes; cook, stirring, 3-5 min. Add broccoli, reserved pasta water, cauliflower puree, pesto, and cheese; season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Add cooked pasta to stockpot; stir to combine. Heat until desired temp is reached.
