Cauli-Fredo Fettuccine with Chicken & Broccoli



  1. Heat cauliflower puree and reserved pasta water in stockpot on HIGH; stir to combine.
  2. Reduce heat to MED-LOW. Add cheese and tarragon; bring to simmer, stirring constantly.
  3. Add cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken to stockpot; stir to combine. Heat until desired temp is reached. Season with salt and pepper.
