  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat pizza pan or large baking sheet with olive oil. Place pizza on pan; top with burrata and sopressata.
  2. Bake, 13-15 min. Remove from oven; let rest 5 min before slicing. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
