Braised Calamari



  1. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in braising pan on MED-HIGH; add garlic. Cook, stirring, about 2 min, until browned. Add wine, red pepper flakes, and oregano; stir to combine. Cook, 3-5 min, until liquid is reduced by half.
  2. Add calamari, passata, beans, and fennel; season with salt. Stir to combine. Bring to boil.
  3. Cover; reduce heat to MED. Cook about 25 min until calamari is tender. Add butter and 2 Tbsp parsley; stir to combine and melt butter. Transfer to serving platter; garnish with remaining parsley and oil.
