  1. Heat oil in stir-fry pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes; add beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4-6 min.
  2. Heat separate pan on MED-HIGH. Place 1 tortilla in dry pan; cook briefly on each side until warm and pliable. Transfer to plate; cover. Repeat with remaining tortillas, stacking to retain heat. Divide beef evenly among tortillas; garnish with your choice of toppings.
