Beef Stroganoff with Pasta

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in large pan on HIGH. Add ground beef; cook, stirring to break up meat, about 5 min, until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove beef from pan; drain. Transfer to separate container or keep in strainer.
     
  2. Heat remaining oil in pan on MED-HIGH; add peppers and onions. Cook, stirring, 2-3 min, until vegetables are soft but not browned. Add mushrooms; cook, about 3 min, or until mushrooms are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
     
  3. Return beef to pan. Add mushroom marsala sauce; stir to combine. Reduce heat to LOW; simmer, 5-10 min. Add cooked pasta; stir gently to combine. Top each serving with 1 Tbsp dip.
Chef Tips
Garnish with chopped flat-leaf parsley.
