Grilled Barbecue Spiced Chicken Breast



  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate grill lightly with vegetable oil.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with 1/2 tsp BBQ seasoning; drizzle both sides with basting oil (too much oil will cause flare-ups on the grill).
  3. Sear chicken on grill 2-4 min, until it has changed color about one-quarter of way up from bottom.
  4. Reduce heat to LOW; close cover. Cook 12-15 min, until internal temp reaches 165 degrees; check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken.
  5. Transfer chicken to clean platter.
