Asian BBQ Tofu

Parchment paper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk BBQ sauce, peanut butter, and soy sauce in mixing bowl until well-blended.
  2. Toss tofu with 1/2 of the BBQ mixture. Place tofu on parchment paper-lined baking sheet in even layer; bake 10 min. Remove from oven; stir. 
  3. Bake 7-10 min, watch carefully as not to burn BBQ sauce. Remove pan; baste with remaining BBQ mixture; garnish with green onions and peanuts.

  • This is a great complement to a salad. Try serving it either warm, right out of the oven, or chilled.
