  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine sugar, flour, and baking powder in large mixing bowl. Lightly beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, and zests in medium bowl; add to sugar mixture and stir just enough to combine.
  2. Spoon peaches and berries into 8 buttered 6-oz ramekins or custard cups. Pour batter over fruit, filling ramekins about three-quarters full. Place on baking sheet, then onto center rack of oven.
  3. Bake 30 to 35 min, until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar while still warm.
