You'll Need



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk, pumpkin, and eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Combine sugar, corn starch, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in separate bowl; add to pumpkin mixture. Stir until combined. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
  3. Bake 50-55 min until middle is set and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely on rack. Refrigerate any leftovers.
