Pumpkin Pane Pudding



  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add pumpkin, eggs, sugar, milk, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt to large bowl; stir to combine. Add bread cubes; stir to combine. Let rest 10 min.
  2. Add soaked bread to baking dish; drizzle with any remaining pumpkin mixture from bowl. Bake, about 60 min, until center is set.
