Cornbread Pudding


You'll Need

2 qt baking dish


  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Layer cornbread cubes on bottom of baking dish. Set aside. 
  2. Add half-and-half, eggs, sugar, and vanilla to large bowl; whisk to blend completely. Pour over cornbread.
  3. Bake for 1 hour and 40-45 min until sides puff and center jiggles very slightly when shaken. Let cool about 30 min, until set but still warm.
Chef Tips
Can be baked at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
