Directions

  1. Puree lychee in blender. Pour into measuring cup; add enough reserved juice to equal 1 1/2 cups.
     
  2. Add vodka, B&B, and lychee puree to pitcher; stir to combine.
      
  3. Pour into ice-filled coupe glasses; garnish with grated nutmeg.
Chef Tips
This cocktail can also be made by shaking in ice and straining into martini glasses.
