Pears & Clementines with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add orange juice and maple syrup to medium bowl; stir to combine. Add pears; toss to coat. Set aside.
     
  2. Melt butter in saucepan on MED-HIGH. Strain orange juice mixture into pan; let pears drain. Simmer, 5 min, until liquid is reduced by half. Stir in cinnamon. Add pears; simmer, 5-8 min, until tender. Fold in tangerine segments; warm, about 2-3 min.
     
  3. Remove from heat; let cool. Serve fruit mixture with cottage cheese.
