  1. Melt butter in large pan on MED. Add walnuts; cook, stirring constantly, about 1 min.
  2. Add pears; toss gently to combine. Cook, 3-5 min, until pears are softened.
  3. Remove from heat. Add syrup; toss gently to combine.
