Crepes with Berries



  1. Stir together creme fraiche, sugar, and orange juice in small bowl until smooth. Chill while preparing crepes.
  2. Spoon 1 tsp fruit spread on each crepe. Fold crepe in half, then in half again to form triangles. Spoon berries into folds of crepes.
  3. Place 2 filled crepes on each dessert plate; drizzle with chilled creme fraiche mixture.
Chef Tips
If desired, sprinkle with sugar and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
