Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat skillet on MED-HIGH. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar in bowl.
     
  2. Spread cream cheese on six slices bread. Sprinkle pecans evenly over cream cheese. Top with remaining slices of bread.
     
  3. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture; place in skillet. Cook 2-3 min on each side.
     
  4. Remove from pan; slice in half.
Options
  • Serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
     
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in oven.
