Brown Sugar Oranges with Strawberries and Multigrain Toast



  1. Preheat oven to BROIL. Arrange orange slices in pie pan or shallow casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar; broil 3-4 min. Divide between two plates.
  2. Quarter strawberries; toss in small bowl with honey and mint. Spoon over broiled oranges and serve with toast pieces.
