  1. Whisk Egg Beaters, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar in large bowl.
     
  2. Coat nonstick pan with cooking spray; heat on MED. Dip bread quickly in egg mixture; place in pan and cook until golden brown on each side, 1-2 min per side.
     
  3. Remove from pan and top each serving with 1/4 cup Berry Puree, 1/4 sliced banana, and 2 mint leaves.

  • Puree can be made up to 24 hours ahead of time.
  • French toast can be kept warm in 350 degree oven on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
