Apple Cinnamon Toast



  1. Preheat oven to BROIL. Spread 1/2 cup mascarpone on both halves of ciabatta.
  2. Shingle (layer) apple slices onto bread, going up one side of bread and down the other, covering edges.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over apples.
  4. Place on baking sheet. Broil about 6 inches from broiler 4-5 min, until sugar is melted and slightly browned and apples are tender.
  5. Remove from oven; cut into 6 servings.
Chef Tips
Use mandolin to slice apples thinly.
