Apple Butter Toast



  1. Preheat oven on BROIL. Mix sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl; add apples and butter. Toss to coat.
  2. Heat mixture in saucepan on LOW, stirring frequently, until soft, not brown, 10 min.
  3. Remove pan from heat. Toast bread; spread with apple mixture.
  4. Place on sheet pan; broil 1-2 min until light brown.
